If you love nature and you are looking for an inspiring, gorgeous region full of beauty with natural and urban landscapes, lots of sunshine and star filled skies, and you want to relax in a rural environment, then Horta da Rosa in Alvito is a place to unwind.
In a renovated farmhouse with contemporary comfort, we, Sandra and Kurt welcome you in a modern country atmosphere, between olive en fruit trees.
This small-scale "adults only" accommodation has 2 types of facilities.
The "White Room" in the main house and the separate guesthouse "Casa de Campo" also located on the property. Both facilities are suitable for a maximum of 2 persons.
You can walk among the fields with almond and olive trees in the neighborhood, or explore one of the hiking trails. You can relax at the common swimming pool (salt water), or you can visit an Adega in the area to taste the delicious Alentejo wine.​

We are a Belgian couple who met in 1993, and moved to Portugal at the end of 2017. We speak Dutch, English, French and Portuguese and we live on the property with our dog Aika, a Rafeiro Alentejana.
